Chandni is a retail + operations + non-profit + social enterprise professional with sixteen years of experience.

She has extensive experience in domestic and international nonprofit management which has been essential to her work in the startup scene. She currently works in the retail corporate space as an Associate Manager, Provider Relations at Warby Parker based out of Washington, DC. For the previous 3.5 years she worked as a Store Leader for Warby Parker where she focuses on the development of her team and continuous community engagement. Previously Chandni worked at a Tech Startup in Washington, DC called Spend Consciously. Her number one goal: keeping the entire team moving in the right direction.

Chandni’s focus is in project management and new business development but has a knack for project design, implementation, evaluation, branding and strategy. Chandni spent 3.5 years in Botswana, Southern Africa while in the US Peace Corps and provided program support and capacity building to local NGOs. You can say that she is a jack of all trades and has the ability to wear many hats and think outside the box to come up with creative solutions to problems.

Chandni holds a Masters of Science in Nonprofit Management with a concentration in Social Entrepreneurship from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy at the New School.
